Tarazaga professionals carried out in 2018 an emotional management training program for a leading private hospital in its sector. The objective was to increase job satisfaction and staff effectiveness, improve pride of belonging and customer orientation, as well as develop management skills related to behaviours that affect improvement factors.

Around 200 people from different professional categories have participated in the project.

In addition, a study of work environment has been carried out, based on the ©Motivation Management methodology. We identified the key points that must be taken into account in the long-term to improve the level of job satisfaction of the different groups in the company.
