ENGINEERING

Reorganization

The problem

The engineering group has grown with paternalistic management that brings to a small earthquake when it reaches a critical size, which uncovers management, internal organization and market orientation problems.

The solution

The motivational analysis of the company and the audit of clients and competitors reveal the deficiencies in the system. This led to the type of solutions, which are agreed upon with the management committee.

A change management plan focused on three areas is prepared: training of a new leadership model, job map and functions to articulate the internal reorganization and a strategic marketing plan to transfer the new positioning to clients. The group is consolidated for future development.
