The problem

A high-risk industrial plant faced high, undocumented accident rates that dangerously increased the possibility of a serious or fatal accident.

The solution

Discovering that the collective’s unconscious belief was about what you have no control over, it is better not to see it, allowed the management to implement a change plan, which incorporated a campaign with two parallel actions: increased training in processes and training of managers and middle managers in body connection and attention to the here and now.
