Tarazaga Emotional Business Management has developed an avant-garde security plan for one of the large international electrical distribution groups.
The project, aimed at reducing risk behaviours, has involved conducting field research and analysis of stakeholders, including top management, middle managers, field operators and contractor companies, using the methodology of ©motivational dynamics. Once the diagnosis was obtained, the management team worked on developing a strategic action program to change the situation.
Occurrence of accidents have improved substantially as a result of this initiative. The accident rate decreased by 4.94% and the severity rate by 33.3%. Absenteeism and days lost were also significantly reduced (from more than 8,000 to 5,700 in two years).
