Tarazaga is participating in the Kit Consulting program, to support the technological adaptation of small and medium-sized Spanish companies (between 10 and less than 250 employees). We respond to the specific needs of companies in the management of digital change, reinforced by a group of expert contributors.

Thanks to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU, these services have no cost for our clients who meet the necessary requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

FOR BENEFICIARIES

a) Tax domicile in Spanish territory.

b) Small or medium-sized company.

c) Registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals, and tax withholding agents of the Spanish or regional Treasury, where applicable.

d) Not be considered a company in crisis.

e) Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.

f) Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with thecommon market.

g) Not be subject to any other prohibitions provided for in the subsidy legislation.

h) Not exceed the EU’s de minimis aid limit.
